On November 08, 2016, our clients, 2 Swiss gourmets, with another 2 tourists learned Yunnan cuisine cooking course in Dali. In the morning they bought vegetables and meats with the cook at the local market and got to know the local vegetables and spices, then they learned how to cook the local Yunnan dishes from the cook. They had a wonderful day there and they enjoyed the special experience very much.
